Lifestyle

Preserve lifestyle embodies the best Hilton Head Island has to offer. Hilton Head Island, located off the southernmost point of South Carolina and warmed year-round by the Gulf Stream, is world renowned for its 42 square miles of incredible sandy beaches and salt marshes, beautiful live oak trees, more than 40 golf courses, hundreds of tennis courts and charming harbors, including the world-famous Harbor Town. In addition to all the natural beauty, Hilton Head offers first-class medical facilities, fine big-city restaurants and shopping.

Carefully Planned Community

Access to the Preserve’s winding roads is through private gated entrances. Surveillance cameras provide added peace of mind. Privacy and a sense of ‘nature’ is created by the Preserve’s low density of less than eight units per acre and an abundance of old-growth trees and canal system. Behind our office/clubhouse is a sun-drenched resort style swimming pool with adjoining fitness center. Residents love our lighted meandering garden walk with park benches and cobblestone patio as well as our new park.  Add to that, on-site management, tennis/pickleball court and fully equipped fitness center and all this is included in your low monthly regime (HOA).  All Preserve owners need is a standard HO6 homeowner insurance covering contents and upgrades.

Unparalleled Interior Features

Every major room in a Preserve Villa has outstanding views from expansive windows. All villas have 9-foot ceilings in kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and dining rooms and most residences have 10-foot ceilings in living rooms. Spacious open floorplans have been designed with plenty of space to meet nearly any lifestyle. Villas also include private direct-access garages (except for the 1-bed Azalea and that has an assigned reserved parking space), private patios and balconies (many with woodland views), gourmet kitchens with center islands and breakfast nooks with bay windows.  The second floor Magnolia (2 bed/2 bath) and the largest model the Cypress (3 bed/2 bath) have a wood burning fireplace...yes it can get chilly in the winter.

Interior appointments include state of the art wiring for internet and cable TV and community-wide fire alarm system. Other finishes include crown moulding, ceiling fans, sprinkler system, and smoke alarms. The luxuries continue with garden tubs and walk-in showers (double-sinks in the master), and Spanish ceramic tile floors in all kitchens, breakfast nooks, foyers, and bathrooms.  Many villas listed for sale have been upgraded by their owners.
